Supported controller families

Choose your platform.

Bring the controller itself. If charging, pairing, or wireless behavior is the issue, also bring the cable or adapter involved when possible.

PlayStation

DualSense, DualSense Edge, and supported DualShock controller versions.

Xbox

Xbox Wireless, Elite Series 2, and supported Xbox One controller versions.

Nintendo

Switch Pro Controller and Joy-Con assessment for supported faults and revisions.

Common controller faults

Every press should feel intentional.

Select the closest symptom to start a prefilled request. We confirm the actual cause after testing the controller.

Sticks

Drift or inconsistent movement

For movement without input, dead zones, poor centering, rough travel, or a damaged stick mechanism.

Buttons

Sticky or missed inputs

Assessment for face buttons, directional pads, bumpers, or system buttons that stick, double-input, or fail.

Triggers

Broken or uneven triggers

For loose, cracked, noisy, non-registering, or mechanically inconsistent trigger and bumper behavior.

Ports

Charging or cable connection

USB-C or supported legacy port diagnosis for loose cables, damaged pins, intermittent charging, or no connection.

Battery

Short runtime or no power

Battery, charge, and power-path checks for controllers that drain quickly, shut down, overheat, or will not start.

Wireless

Pairing or connection drops

We can assess pairing failures, intermittent input, wired-only behavior, and faults that may involve the controller or setup.

Precision controller repair with the internal components organized for inspection

Test the cause, not just the symptom

Drift is a symptom.

Wear, contamination, mechanical damage, calibration, and internal component faults can create similar behavior. We inspect the controller before recommending a repair.

  • Controller family and hardware revision checked
  • Stick centering and directional response assessed
  • Buttons, triggers, ports, and power checked as relevant
  • Available component options explained before work

From input to output

A focused repair process.

We follow the fault from the control you touch to the behavior the system receives.

Reproduce

We document the symptoms and try to reproduce drift, missed presses, charging, or connection behavior.

Inspect

The affected controls, shell, port, battery behavior, and visible internal condition are assessed as needed.

Confirm

We explain the recommended work, available component option, expected timing, and estimate for approval.

Verify

After approved repair, relevant inputs and connection or charging behavior are tested before handoff.

Bring only the accessories connected to the fault. For example, include the cable if charging is intermittent or the wireless adapter if pairing fails. Console account credentials are not required for a basic controller request.

Controller repair questions

Before game time.

Can stick drift always be repaired?

Many drift problems are repairable, but the best approach depends on the controller revision, internal condition, prior work, component availability, and whether other board damage is present. Diagnosis comes first.

Do you repair premium controllers?

The shop can assess supported premium models such as DualSense Edge and Xbox Elite Series 2. Their construction and part availability differ from standard controllers, so the exact model must be confirmed.

Can you fix a controller that will not charge?

We can assess the port, battery, cable behavior, and internal power fault. Bring the cable that shows the problem when possible. A loose port and a failed battery can feel similar to the user but require different work.

How quickly will I get an estimate?

The team can discuss a starting range from your model and symptom, then confirms repairability, price, parts, and timing after the controller is inspected.
